This reading path does not replace the document or an order-specific agreement; it helps you find the relevant section when making a purchasing decision.
- Compare resources and technical limits and the management and support scope with your chosen service.
- Read the renewal and termination and withdrawal, cancellation and refund steps before paying.
- Assess backup responsibilities and the personal data documents alongside your organisation's needs.
1. Scope and contractual documents
Ajans Hosting is a hosting brand operating as part of Pixoof Teknoloji A.Ş. The corporate contact address is Beylikdüzü OSB Mah. Birlik Sanayi Sitesi 3. Cad. No: 5 İç Kapı No: 130, Beylikdüzü / Istanbul; the telephone number is +90 212 963 05 05 and the legal contact email is [email protected].
These terms explain the principles of use for hosting, domain, virtual server and related services presented on the Ajans Hosting website. The technical specifications, term, price and included work for the purchased service are determined by the relevant proposal, order summary and accepted agreements.
Orders are processed in the customer portal. Before confirming an order, check the contracting party's company details, the total price, and renewal and cancellation conditions. This page does not replace order-specific pre-contract information and contractual documents. Mandatory law and consumers' statutory rights remain applicable.
2. Account details and authorisation
The customer is responsible for keeping contact, authorised-person and billing details accurate and up to date. A person acting on behalf of an organisation must be authorised for the transaction concerned. Verification may be required for account transfers, changes of ownership and critical access requests.
Passwords and recovery details should not be shared with third parties; team access should be managed through separate accounts where possible. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly through the support channel. Submitting a report does not mean the incident is automatically resolved; the outcome must be followed up separately.
3. Orders, payment and activation
The service scope and billing period are selected when ordering. The total payable, including taxes, exchange rate, setup fees, licences and additional services, should be checked before purchase. If prices or technical specifications are unclear, request a written explanation before paying.
Activation depends on payment matching, required verification, resource availability and setup steps. Instant activation is not promised for every service. The service start time and access details to be delivered are assessed within the order scope.
4. Resources and technical limits
Storage, CPU, RAM, traffic, file count, database, email and concurrent process limits vary by plan. Where an item is described as unlimited, that description does not grant unlimited use of the server's other resources; applicable technical limits and usage conditions must be clearly defined.
Control panel, operating system and commercial application licences are included in the service price only when expressly included in the product scope. The costs and technical effects of capacity upgrades, product changes or server migrations are assessed before the work begins.
5. Acceptable use
Services must be used lawfully and with respect for third-party rights. Unauthorised access, malware distribution, phishing, spam, attacks on others, unauthorised security testing and content infringing intellectual property rights are not accepted. Customers must obtain the necessary permissions and legal grounds for the content they host.
Where server security or other users' access is seriously affected, necessary technical measures may be taken to limit the impact. The action is assessed according to the nature of the incident, legal obligations and the agreement. Where possible, the customer is informed and the path to remediation is explained.
6. Management and support scope
Operating hosting infrastructure and developing or managing a customer's application are different services. Content editing, theme and plugin errors, custom software development, malware removal and server management are included only if separately brought within the scope.
For server services, the party responsible for operating system security, updates, access permissions and application configuration must be clearly identified. Support requests should include the relevant service number and specific error details. Only separately agreed service-level terms form the basis for response or resolution times.
7. Backups and data continuity
The backup service scope should be assessed together with the types of data backed up, frequency, retention period and restoration conditions. Having a backup option does not mean that every previous version or every file can be recovered.
Customers are advised to keep independent copies of business-critical data and perform restoration tests. Take a current backup before planned changes or migration. Each party's responsibility is determined according to the specific circumstances, the agreement and current law; these recommendations do not remove the provider's legal responsibilities.
8. Domain transactions
Availability shown in a domain search does not mean the domain is reserved until registration is complete. Registration, transfer, renewal, lock and dispute processes are subject to the rules of the relevant extension's registrar and registry operator. The applicant's contact and registration details must be accurate.
Customers should monitor renewal dates and domain status. For expired domains, renewal, redemption and re-registration conditions can vary by extension; additional charges may arise or the domain may no longer be recoverable. Domain transfer and hosting migration are separate processes.
9. Renewal, changes and termination
The renewal price depends on the term selected in the order and the conditions in force on the relevant date. If automatic renewal or a stored payment method will be used, its conditions should be explained during the transaction. Customers should follow the cancellation steps before the term ends for any service they no longer wish to use.
Before a service ends, necessary data should be exported and dependencies involving domains and email services checked. Access, suspension and deletion stages for unpaid or terminated services are carried out under the relevant agreement. Do not assume data will be retained indefinitely for an expired service.
10. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
You can access the official text of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (PDF) through the Legislation Information System.
For consumer transactions, rights under Law No. 6502 and related legislation remain reserved. The scope of the right of withdrawal, its exceptions and the application method are assessed according to the nature of the service and order-specific information. Activation or digital delivery alone cannot be interpreted as a general waiver that removes all statutory rights.
For cancellation, incorrect charge and refund requests, provide the order number and an explanation of your request. Read the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.
11. Personal data and notifications
Data processing information for website contact processes is available in the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Protection Notice and Cookie Policy. Relevant notices presented during account creation, payment and service management in the customer portal should be reviewed separately.
For personal data hosted by the customer, the parties' roles, data processing instructions and any necessary additional agreements must be defined within the service scope. Abuse reports can be submitted through the reporting channel.
12. Requests and disputes
Use the customer portal for service-related requests and the contact form for pre-sales and general enquiries. Including the order or service number in a written request makes the review easier.
Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within the statutory conditions and current monetary thresholds. Jurisdiction and procedural rules for other disputes are determined by current law and valid contractual provisions. This text does not retrospectively change the accepted terms of previous orders.
