Server solutions for your project.

Server options for your development environment, business applications, client projects and physical infrastructure. Assess resources and management needs together.

The right structure for your project

Three different starting points, the same clear approach.

VPS server

Virtual server options for development environments, web applications and custom services. Compare Istanbul and New York plans.

VDS server

Explore Istanbul options in the shared virtual server catalog by resources and monthly price. The VDS name alone does not imply different virtualization or physical core allocation.

Dedicated server

Dedicated server options for teams that want to assess processor, memory and disk configurations at the hardware level.

Choosing a server involves more than RAM capacity.

Application requirements, backups and operating system maintenance should be planned together. Define management scope suited to your team’s capabilities before ordering.

Let’s discuss your configuration
  • Operating system and paid licenses.
  • Firewall, updates and access permissions.
  • Backup frequency and restore plan.
  • Location, traffic quota and port details.
  • Application maintenance and technical support scope.
Business purchasing

Compare server quotes with the same scope.

Separate the starting price from the first year’s total expense. Using the same resources, period and service scope when gathering quotes from different providers makes the comparison meaningful.

Five cost items to record in your quote file
ItemInformation to recordEffect on the decision
Plan and termResources, currency, billing period, taxes and any exchange-rate calculation.Distinguishes whether a displayed monthly amount is billed monthly or reflects annual prepayment.
Initial price and renewalAny discount duration, next-term amount and renewal conditions.Shows short-term promotional pricing separately from sustainable operating costs.
Software and usersOperating system, panel, database and remote desktop licenses.Makes additional license costs tied to accounts, users or cores visible.
Network and data protectionIP needs, traffic overages, independent backup space and restoration scope.Adds expenses that a RAM-and-disk-only comparison misses.
Operations and migrationSetup, migration, management, monitoring and service exit processes.Separates one-time tasks from services that continue each month.

First-year calculation: add recurring plan and additional service fees in the same currency, then add one-time migration/setup expenses and applicable taxes. Do not treat exchange-rate-dependent amounts as fixed prices. Check the current total in the client panel before payment.

BEFORE THE PLAN NAME

Which measurement supports which decision?

Visitor or site counts alone do not determine RAM and processor choices. With the same visitor count, a cached content site and a dynamic payment application can use different resources.

Preparation table for your first server discussion
Information to recordWhy does it matter? When deciding
Normal / peak-hour CPU and RAMDistinguishes sustained utilization from short spikes.Do not simply cover up application errors, memory leaks or heavy queries with a larger plan.
Data and database sizeShows the space needed for files, logs and growth.Assess storage capacity separately from disk wait/I/O needs; plan independent space for backups.
Concurrent processes and cron jobsMakes overlapping forms, carts, reports and background tasks visible.Compare work during peak periods and task durations instead of total daily traffic.
User and connected service locationsShows the impact of network latency and waits for external APIs.Assess the connection test alongside application response.
Application version and management teamDetermines operating system, panel and maintenance needs. If hosting is sufficient, avoid unnecessary system administration work; if a server is needed, assign responsibility from the start.

Example decision: a server setup may be considered if you need to install a custom background service and manage operating system settings. If the issue is only a slow WordPress plugin, measure the application first. This distinction is not a capacity guarantee for a particular plan.

Create an initial plan for your application

Operating system and panel

Choose the environment your application will run in.

Match Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and Windows options to your software requirements. Available versions and installation images are verified during ordering.

Linux-based applications
Include the web server, database, runtime and scheduled tasks in the same installation plan. Check the distribution’s support period; record the PHP, Node.js or Python version your application requires.
Windows and remote desktop
Choose the Windows version and licensing model based on the application. Plan remote desktop access with restrictions instead of exposing it to the open internet; assess additional user or application licenses separately.
Control panels such as cPanel / Plesk
Do not assume a panel license is included in the plan. Check operating system compatibility, account limits and license fees together. Installing a panel does not automatically cover application maintenance.

Complete your management plan before moving to a server.

Buying a server does not mean all web application maintenance is automatically covered. Clearly assign responsibility for the operating system, services, security, backups and licenses.

A resource-focused model may suit an application managed by your technical team. If additional management is needed, use the same requirements list to define which tasks the service will include.
