Payment and invoice information.

Check the current payment method and recipient details in the relevant order or payment instructions in the customer portal. If a bank transfer or EFT option is offered, use only the account details verified for your order.

Check your payment in three steps

Before paying, verify the amount, currency and recipient against the same order.

01

Review the order summary

Check the service name, billing period, additional services and total including VAT. Confirm that your legal company name and billing details are correct.

02

Follow the payment instructions

Choose a method available in the portal. For a bank transfer, compare the recipient's legal name, IBAN, currency and required payment reference against the order details.

03

Track the payment status

Submit a payment notification with the requested reference and check the order status in the portal. Completion of a bank transfer or EFT by the bank is a separate step from service activation.

Before making a transfer

  • Verify the recipient's legal name against an official company document.
  • Obtain the IBAN and currency from your order instructions.
  • Enter the requested order or invoice number as the payment reference.
  • Confirm any account change messages received through another channel via the portal.

Send the relevant order number, transaction date, amount and currency through your customer account. If a payment receipt is requested, redact balances and personal information unrelated to the transaction.

Do not enter card numbers, CVV codes, banking passwords or one-time verification codes in a support or contact form.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions answered

Where can I find the bank account details?

If your order offers a bank transfer option, obtain the current recipient and account details from the relevant payment instructions. If these details are not visible, create a billing request through the customer portal or contact form before sending payment.

I have paid. Why is my service not active yet?

Payment matching, order verification and service setup may be separate steps. Bank processing times, a missing reference or a need for manual setup may affect the status. Open a support request with your order number.

Can my invoice be issued in my company's name?

Enter your current legal company name, tax details and address in full when ordering. If an issued invoice needs correcting, submit a billing request with the relevant order and invoice numbers; the request will be assessed according to applicable rules and the document's status.

I paid the wrong amount or used the wrong reference. What should I do?

Instead of sending the same payment again, create a request with the relevant order number and transfer reference. Keep a written record of the payment matching or refund process.
