Initial term and renewal
Assess the initial order total alongside the renewal price. The monthly equivalent price may differ from the total payable upfront for the term.
Tax and currency
Before ordering, check the total including VAT, the billing currency and the exchange-rate terms for services priced in foreign currency.
Included services
Verify in the written scope whether control panel licences, backups, a dedicated IP, migration and server management are included in the plan.
Usage and time conditions
Read the offer's validity period, whether it applies to new or existing customers, and the cancellation and plan-change conditions.
Assess two proposals over the same period.

Where can I see the final price of a promotion?
The order summary should show the current total for your selected service term, tax and any additional service fees. If the web page and order summary differ, ask for clarification before paying.
Can I request a combined proposal for several services for my agency?
Yes. Share your website count, current resource usage, domains and migration expectations through the contact form to request a proposal based on your needs.
Do I have to use a discount code?
If an offer requires a discount code, the code and usage conditions are explained in that offer. You do not need to provide a code to request a tailored proposal.
